The PH meter does not work. It reads between 7 &8 no matter what soil I put it in. I even put it in moistened coffee grounds which are extremely acid. and it still reads between 7&8. Moisture meter and light meter are working fine. But I bought this to test for ph on some very expensive and delicate plants. I have been watering with acid water for two weeks and the soil still reads the same. I’m worried now that I have damaged my plants and have had to flush them all and report some of them.

I purchased the iPower Soil pH Meter, 3-in-1 Tester Kit for Moisture, Light & pH for Home and Garden. Works great. I haven't had any issues. This was a gift and she couldn't be happier. To be quite honest, it's only primarily used for water testing now but the other features work fine. You can tell whether there's enough light or not without the gage anyway. The PH level is only checked periodically to make sure it's right... but the moisture gage is used quite often and gives you a reading almost immediately for moisture. Dead accurate. Then its put away. The gage is not left in the ground for long unless the soil is being tested for PH. Then the gage is put away. The gage is not left in the ground for prolonged periods of time and is well taken care of. Still works great through a couple seasons. There's a couple of these types of gages on the market. I was weary because I figured cheap price means cheap equipment, but in this case for this company.. if it's well taken care of.. it should last.

Bought one about 2 years ago.It was great. Bought one in November and it lasted 2 weeks and then stopped working. Giving 3 stars because the first one was great.

Work great helped save our tree

First one didn't even work. The gauge didn't budge at all. Replaced it via Amazon no problem. Second one worked for about two weeks, now junk. I've stored it inside with my gardening supplies, so the elements (of Florida) didn't have a chance to get it ie heat, humidity etc. The gauge is just all over the place. The humidity wetness gauge seems to work now based on the light amount. So when it is set to wetness level, if I cover the light sensor with my thumb it shoots from dry to wet while in the soil. Useless. Bummed because I wanted this to work the second time. Save your money

This meter is so great! I absolutely love it for reading all the necessary details of my indoor plants!! So helpful.

This helps you to not over water. Some plants need more or less ph, and this will tell you.
