Did anyone else's mascara come like not in a box , mine was delivered to me just the bottle and I'm feeling sketchy about keeping it...?

Mine came in the kind of package you'd buy in the drugstore. I'd ask for a refund or replacement.

Is this waterproof? My hooded eyes tend to give me a raccoon look if the mascara I use isn’t waterproof
