I regularly order the Liposomal Iron liquid supplement and also the Essential Calcium & Magnesium liquid formulation. Liposomal iron supplements are better than other iron supplements because they are more bioavailable and have fewer side effects. Also, the product doesnt taste like other iron supplements. The Calcium & Magnesium liquid supplement is very thoughtfully paired with Vitamin K2 and Vitamin D3 since Calcium absorption in the bones (and prevention of vascular calcification) requires Vitamin K2 and Vitamin D3. These products are in liquid form which are readily absorbed compared to the tablet form. Also, the price of these items is astonishingly low compared to other formulations. I will continue to regularly purchase these items for my household and most definitely recommend them.

We are really satisfied with this product. We will continue to buy this for our baby so happy to have found the magnesium supplement that is safe and effective for our baby. We notice it is helping him. He also really likes the taste of it.

This works wonders on my toddlers! They love the taste so I never have to fight with them taking it, it helps calm them down before bed for easier transition to sleep, and its easy to swallow.

So, I bought this because I wanted something natural to relax my son for bedtime since he likes fighting his sleep. I know a lot of people’s go to is melatonin, but magnesium is supposed to help with that too. I actually have been using a melatonin spray, but needed something else. I take magnesium for myself so I figured this would work for him. It does work really well at relaxing him and usually only takes a few minutes for him to fall asleep. It tastes pretty good, and my son likes taking it. I take it myself sometimes too. I will definitely continue purchasing

Total waste of money, I wish I read label before I bought it, less calcium then half glass of milk, 3 ml gives toddler only 15% daily calcium. Save your money and buy some other brands that have more actual vitamins for your money.

I don’t know what caused this, but more than a third of the bottle is completely stuck to the bottom inside. I shake it vigorously every time I give it to my son so I don’t understand what happened here. Would not recommend.
