Hi, is this mat open cell or closed cell? Open cell meaning is it porous providing better performance for hot yoga or closed for easier cleaning.

What does this mat weigh?

I am not sure of the exact weight but I'd say it's 1 or 2 lbs. It's about the same as my regular, roll-up mat from Lululemon. One thing I didn't mention in my earlier review is that I love the fold lines because they help with alignment of feet and hands.
