Excellent to for money
Excellent tv. Was glad I upgraded. Good sound and picture quality. Has Roku built in so don’t need a stick. However had to buy a stand for it as too wide for my tv table. Make sure it fits your space as it is huge.

The google assistant is inbuilt & yes Alexa works with it
Tv looks great . I was particular about having a google Tv at a decent price . It’s funny but Chat gbt Recommended this Tv . So far I am loving it !!! Picture quality is great , Sound is okay , although I noticed a little lag when I put on the Netflix , takes a while to load , but I’m hoping that will go away soon! So for now. I am liking it !

Great TV/damaged during delivery
A brilliant TV let down by Amazon delivery. As far as the TV goes the sound and picture quality is genuinely brilliant, for this price point I was not expecting the clarity you get. I've had Hisense TVs in the past and what with being cheap the sound is rather quiet and the picture being a bit hit or miss. One thing I will say up front is - if you are using this TV for terrestrial TV watching only the picture quality will be horrible. This TV is geared around streaming online content 1080p and upwards - definitely, 100% preferably 4k content. At that resolution this TV shines. It's simply down to how the TV encodes the image. It's not built for SD content. It's an extremely light TV so wall mounting was a breeze. This is my first Roku TV but have gotten used to the operating system & functionality of it, I've had no issues with it being laggy.I'm going to mark it down for the delivery though as it arrived with a sizeable dent in the top frame which is a real shame as I love this TV but all I can see when I look at it is the damage caused whilst in transit with Amazon or DPD (both were involved with the delivery). In closing - a fantastic TV, awesome picture, brilliant sound, damaged and let down by Amazon/DPD. A real shame, I will decide in the coming days if I will return it for a replacement.***I have decided to return the item as the damage found upon opening it just bothers me far too much, and you can see slightly discoloured bars going up the screen obviously where it's taken a sizeable knock somewhere in transit.

Bad TV - Misleading product naming from TCL
This TV is fine if you want to plug a device on the HDMI and use it as a big monitor. Other than that it should be avoided. I am guessing that you are looking for a TV so I will elaborate. It's easy to setup, you should be up and running in a few minutes. However, the advertised functionalities are not working.1. Chromecast: chromecast is not working with mac neither windows. The TV syncs with the casting device and after a few seconds flickers through frames having lost framerate sync.2. Lag/Stutter: While scrolling through the main menu the TV lags for no reason whatsoever, you press the arrow button once and then it either does not register or you are sent for options below on your tv list.3. Apps: The TV should not be allowed to have Android OS. Apps crash or do not work at all. VPN apps crash on the background after a few minutes and the TV hardware cannot handle streaming apps. The worst thing of all is that TCL is misleading customers by not disclosing that the C655K model sold in the UK *is completely different* than the models solde elsewhere e.g. Europe. This TV works with Android 11 and has a firmware from 2022 that will not be updated for customers in the UK. This is half TCL's issue and half Amazon's. They shouldn't be allowed to sell this without explicitly declaring the models' firmware status. Most reviews out there are for a different C655K firmware. My suggestion is to avoid this specific product. Do not be fooled by the price point or the "supposed" functionality. I returned mine after a few days.

Total bargain!
I paid £249 for this TV and for that amount it's amazing. It's very light so easy to hang I'm the wall.Boots up fast and has an excellent picture and pretty good sound. Being a Google TV it allows you to use your phone to control it. Streaming and casting is super easy. Everything has just worked.

Budget TV and Must Have a Reason
I bought a TCL C655 55” QLED TV. It is an affordable model, 55”, UHD, Android TV and reasonable panel.Due to my work, I have been tried many TV sets, Samsung, Sony, Toshiba, Panasonic. Due to some comments in Amazon, it seems this brand is very good in terms of cost vs performance. Let’s try it this time.But….something I don’t expected:1. Tones of TCL Applications. There are quite a number of TCL pre-installed applications, which is unable to be disabled or uninstalled! It does running at background which will consume some memories.2. Tones of BBC Applications. These applications are pre-installed too but these BBC apps can be disabled.3. System Stability. I have tried many Android TV and Google TV. This TCL is the most unstable one. I need to restart the TV systems for twice at the first day. Also, the Netflix app will be started automatically when I am watching YouTube, this issue has been happened twice.4. The button sound in remote control. It may be good to some people that the “click” sound would let you clearly know the button is pressed. To me, it is annoying for this noisy “click” sound when pressed any button. [This may be cost issue and we cannot expect too much!]5. Many TCL processes are running in Android System. There are a lot of TCL processes running behind and it will be started automatically when you force stopped. You are never know what’s going on. In you do aware of privacy, this TV may not you cup of tea!6. System response. Compared to the low end model of Sony Android TV, this TCL Android TV response is very slow.7. The stand. The stand’s angle is converging outside. This is quite minor but some people may like the perpendicular one.Let’s talk about good side:1. The screen color is good with this price!2. The sound is good, thanks to the Onkyo 2.1 system.3. The price is definitely can compensate the above issues. If you use the TV everyday, I suggest you to buy Samsung or Sony one. Their system software won’t be so tricky as TCL!!!!!!! If budget is the major factor, go for C655K and no regret.
