Just what I needed
What a fantastic piece of kit. Having had a foot injury and losing sensation, and strength in the foot I was looking for a comfortable way to get it exercised- and this fantastic. Day 2 and I’m already feeling a difference- without this I could never have achieved this.

Am not fit at all in my 60s this band is useless no resistance at all trying to build strength in my legs don’t bother !!
