Relaxes muscles, improves sleep
I bought this on a whim after seeing it on David Avocado Wolfe’s website. Having zero expectations, I was pleasantly surprised to notice a reduction in my neck and shoulder muscle tension, and an improvement in time it took to fall sleep. Whenever I would take it, it felt similar to taking an anti anxiety medication and often times I would conk out which was surprising because I have pretty bad insomnia. After looking into it more, eucommia’s been demonstrated to increase sleep duration and reduce muscle movement during sleep in mice by Japanese scientists. It’s also been used in TCM for over 2000 years for various ailments. I find this tincture to be extremely potent, 5 drops is all I need.

People need to put this into their regular routine.
I remember liking this when I would just get the physical herb from Chinatown in downtown Oakland, Ca. It was probably irradiated, and I used it with a bunch of other Chinese herbs. The only reason I only gave it 4 stars is because Dragon herbs has another product(i.e. Cordyceps from wild Tibetan stock) that is so outstanding, I couldn't quite put this in the exact same category. On its own, it's worth 5 stars.

Great for endocrine health and before workouts. Gives immediate energy and Builds strength over time. They say it makes the body light and strong. I like to take it with he shou wu.
