My son thinks its great. He loves Attack on Titan

So far an epic story, does not make for a long read though

I feel that this spin off series is too heavily reliant on the fame of the main series to maintain reader interest. The story line so far has been a bit uninteresting and I don't feel that it has added much to the AOT world aside from the initial idea created; the existence of 'a Titan child' which is a bit of a misleading name, but that's besides the point.I do love AOT however, and the art style is in my opinion suburb, so I'll continue to buy this series as it will be interesting to see how it develops.It's worth buying to make up your own mind on - however I wouldn't prioritise it over purchasing the main series titles or even the other spin off series 'No regrets' which is far superior in my opinion.
