These are great to have and they work. They are reasonably priced and the tradeoff is the android app and instructions are not the best, but the system does work. It's a great alternative to having to pay a subscription. I highly recommend to anyone who needs a product like this, but just be patient with getting it to work.

These work with the receiver "base" that comes separately, with original purchase. Only downside is you have to order two. We just needed one.

I cannot promote this device enough. Excellent for my father and I subscribe to get the phone call.

I order 2 sets of these to go with a system I ordered previously, I like the system, my problem is these new buttons I ordered. One came fine, packaged new, the other was half packaged with one in a box but the other one just thrown in the bag. A ziplock bag without the lanyard and both of them had fingerprints and were dirty. I really needed these and did not want to wait so I cleaned them and saw if they attached to my system which they did, but when you purchase a home health device like this, you should not have to clean it before you can use it.

The caregiver pager system works well. I bought the receiver with two call buttons. I want to add another call button and a watch but I don’t know where to buy extra items. I only see the call buttons available. There is no customer service link, email or phone number. You also can’t search up the company and find any info on it so as to call for any customer service or related parts. For this reason I give it a two star because support and supportive products is important to me .
