Poor Product, except best for Noise cancellation
Product has only one best feature, which is noise cancellation, rest it is not worthI returned the item today, however, it has been more than an hour and there is no acknowledgement message received yet. I asked Delivery boy for recepit, he said, I can take the pic of receipt & moreover I will be getting message in next 1 minute, but that time i was not carrying mobile, so i said and said, will wait for message. No message so far. I hope, there is no fraud, i have never experience this and I hope, this time too, would not face it.#Amazoncustomerservice

Old Default Product
This microphone is in old USB 2.0. It returns me recording fallback again and again. I will try to solve but failed.
