Good like for like replacement for a broken fitting

I am using this to mount an edison screw UVA bulb on the roof of a reptile vivarium, does the job great, being porcelain also means I can use it for higher wattage heat bulbs if desired. Glad I bought a few :)

No shelf bracket included!

These holders are pretty poor in terms of design, Although they work, the guides inside the holder to screw the bulb into are terrible, They make your bulb sound like its grinding as you screw them in, also it looks like the threads always try to cross thread themselves. the bulbs always push off to the side as you screw them in. you have to keep the bulb perfectly straight to screw it in. Even then you still have to fight with the bulb to keep it lined up properly. I ordered 4 of these and every single one has the exact same problem.

Les soquets sont en porcelaine et d’excellentes qualité. Je le recommande vraiment à tout le monde qui bricole ou que ce soit pro lacer des sockets abîmés. Ils sont d’une sécurité à 100 %.
