Excellent health tracking smart watch
This is a great health tracking watch. I have a whoop, and I have worn an Apple Watch for years. I love Apple Watches but I was tired of the rectangular shape which most people seem to have. The whoop is also great but it’s another item I have to wear and I took a chance on the Amazfit Balance. I am very pleased with my choice. It is reasonably priced. Great sleep tracking, works flawlessly and receives my text messages and calls. The screen is bright, nice and large and I can read everything like outside temperature, date time and HR. It woks perfect at the gym and looks great at the office. It has lots of free faces to choose from and many to buy for a few dollars. I purchased a leather band and it looks even better with my professional office attire. It has multiple sport features even though I just use weight lifting and spinning. It keeps track of my workouts, how many calories I have burned and different heart rates throughout the day. It is light enough to wear while sleeping, but not too light that it feels cheap. It’s perfect. It has a stand goal and BMI calculation. It measure your OX and can give you a good idea of how much deep sleep and REM you had while sleeping, and how many times you woke up. I love the round watch face look and it is tough as nails since I have already hit several corners and walls with it and not a scratch. For the price, don’t think about it. It’s a nice sports tracking watch. I’m very pleased with my purchase. This has become one of my favorite everyday watches.

Selling my Galaxy Watch6 Classic Immediately...
The Amazfit Balance is, without question, one of the most practical smartwatches I’ve ever owned. It does everything I need and nothing I don’t. Where other wearables try to dazzle with features that rarely see real-world use, the Balance keeps things focused, efficient, and incredibly user-friendly.What stands out most is its exceptional battery life. Compared to my Samsung Watch 6 Classic, it’s no contest. While I was used to charging every day or two, the Balance easily lasts over a week on a single charge. That makes it ideal for extended trips with no charger anxiety and no proprietary cables to fuss over. Just freedom. It is also remarkably lightweight, to the point that I forget it’s even on. That makes it the perfect sleep companion with no bulky wrist presence or discomfort in bed. And despite its featherlight feel, it doesn’t skimp on looks. The sleek, understated design is polished enough for professional settings, stylish enough for social events like weddings, and durable enough for a hard workout at the gym. The wristband it comes with (silver model) is cheesy and not my style at all but thankfully an Amazon seller has a silicone band that is utterly perfect, and even fills in the gaps that most bands leave open...making it look like it comes with the way (more than the actual factory band). In short, the Amazfit Balance is the rare smartwatch that delivers exactly what matters: excellent tracking, long battery life, and true everyday wearability, without the clutter. It’s a quietly capable watch that fits any occasion and never gets in the way. Its my favorite smartwatch amongst all I've ever owned...cant wait for the 2nd gen.

Great Watch with Exceptional Battery Life
To say I love this watch is an understatement. Two weeks EASY of battery life. You will rarely have to charge this thing. There's a lot of customization and the functionality is great. Tracking, especially during workouts, seems accurate, and the build quality is great. I have had this in rain and it hasn't missed a beat. Being that the watch isn't a stainless steel, it's very light as well and easy to wear around all the time. It's also easy to change out the watch bands if you desire. Very happy with this device.

Very pleased, but…the app.
First off, the watch itself is pretty awesome. I upgraded from a Garmin vívoactive 3, so the AMOLED display on the Amazfit Balance was a HUGE improvement! I also love the size and feel of this watch. It is super light and very comfortable. Just a great looking watch all-around.As for functionality, I admit it is taking some getting used to after spending years with Garmin. But I have only had the watch for a week and haven’t really spent enough time with it to unlock its full potential. My impression so far is that it will far exceed my expectations and needs. Battery life seems to be “as advertised.” From a full charge on Sunday until today (the following Saturday), it is still at 52%. And that is with me learning to use it and using the “always on” function during work hours. (Great feature, by the way, to be able to schedule specific times for always-on!)So here is my one complaint: Editing capability when fitness tracking is severely lacking. The specific example that affects me greatly is not being able to account for elevation change on incline treadmill walks/runs. On the Garmin Connect app, I could edit my activity to include total ascent/decent. I could also edit the time and distance to match my treadmill data, when needed (like if I forgot to stop the watch immediately after my workout was complete). As far as I can tell, there is no way to edit ANY fitness data in the Amazfit Zepp app. So if you forget to start/stop the tracking on your watch or forget to un-pause after a water break, you’re out of luck. This could prove to be very frustrating and I am hopeful for a Zepp app update. While that is literally my only complaint, it impacts me enough to withhold a star in my overall rating. If that is not something that would bother you, then the Amazfit Balance is definitely a five-star smartwatch, IMO.
