For ALL food
Atlas Olive Oil is a game-changer! The aroma alone, fresh and peppery, signals its quality. The taste is rich and robust, with a perfectly balanced peppery finish. I've used it for salads, dipping bread, and cooking. It elevates every dish. While pricier, the exceptional quality of being organic and cold pressed make it worthwhile. Truly recommended if seeking a superior olive oil experience.

Best for the $ Olive Oil. Packaged very well for shipping!
Best for the money, unfortunately got hit by inflation but still worth your health. Just as good as the olive oil that famous Dr advertises for. Bought big can; even though I’m single it goes fast. Use it with the powdered mix of Italian Seasonings with balsamic vinegar for my salads.

THE BEST of the BEST
Hands down the best high quality ORGANIC olive oil I have found in bulk. We go through a lot of olive oil in our house with 6 people. Also, the sign if you have a poor quality olive oil is if it doesnt solidify in the fridge. I did the test when I first bought it and it solidifies in the fridge. The taste is mild but flavorful to go with any dish. I love it with eggs and toast. I make salad dressings and almost all my oven roasted veggies I coat with this olive oil. We also make our own hand soap and use a tsp of olive oil for our skin not to dry out. I love using it on my legs in the winter. You wont regret this one!

5 stars for the product...1 star for AMAZON packaging
This is a great value for roughly 3 liters of high quality EVOO from Morrocco. If you do your own research you'll find a pretty decent polyphenol count of approx 406.At near 3 liters for $66, it's a high quality, fair polyphenol count, DELICIOUS EVOO. It has a great, smooth taste with a fairly strong, peppery after taste in the back of your throat. I've read that the stronger the peppery after taste is, the higher the polyphenol count. It's pretty strong yet DELICIOUS! It definitely works well in the Mediterranean style dishes I make. It is also widely used among Michelin star chefs. It is great for cooking, drizzling and dipping and still getting the health benefit of the polyphenols. However, if you're looking for a VERY high polyphenol count exclusively for health benefits, then you should be researching "drinking" olive oil or a "sipping" olive oil. These types tend to have very high price points but also very high polyphenol counts and are not usually used for cooking such as frying, due to the high cost...though it CAN be used however you'd like to use it.I found it to be a better value to buy the $66 can that is near 3 liters than to spend $22 on 17oz. Do the math.I loved the flavor of this oil so much that I opted for the can this time.I have to say that I'm VERY disappointed in the way it was received. The can itself was wrapped very well in bubble wrap with the company name and logo and said FRAGILE. I assume it was wrapped by the manufacturer. However AMAZON put the bubble wrapped can into a big plastic bag instead of a box with paper or air bags to protect it and so the can is dented.Of COURSE the oil inside is fine, but I feel that if you're paying $66 for a can of quality olive oil...marked FRAGILE, it should be handled as such by the shipper (AMAZON) and received in perfect condition by the purchaser. Perhaps it was planned for the empty can to be used in decor, photography or design. Which it was.1 star for AMAZON packaging5 stars for Atlas Extra Virgin Olive Oil in any size.
