I recently ordered this Home Safe and I must say that it has exceeded my expectations. This safe offers a range of impressive features and security measures that make it an ideal choice for both home and office use.One of the features of this safe is the One-Touch Unlock System. This means that in addition to a valid passcode, you must also scan a registered fingerprint to gain access. This dual-layered approach provides an extra level of protection, offering peace of mind knowing that unauthorized access is highly unlikely.PAnother impressive security feature is the Dual Warning Alarm & Silence Mode. This thing is a beast and a very good one. Heavy, durable, impossible to break into, easy to set up and use. Nothing but good quality.

Addendum:I went back to the brochure a few hours after initial frustration and found on page 6, under the 'Low Battery' section, a reference to using a USB power bank to initiate the electronic access to the safe. I wanted to ensure that credit is placed where due. I also found a reference in the back of the brochure regarding key replacement and a website was provided. I will pursue securing a set of keys for this safe. I also raised rating to 3 stars because information was provided about how to access the safe via the keypad without keys.I requested the RPNB Deluxe Home Safe and Lock Box in order to keep a few items securely. "Locks keep honest people honest." Upon un-packaging, I encountered a brochure with nice graphics but not much 'meat' in the way of accessing the unit without keys. There were no keys to open the safe and it took a while to get the thing open because I had to locate a power brick that would accommodate a "C" type female USB connection on the safe. The power adapter was used to initiate the locking mechanism. I interject here that Americans do NOT use USB power for a primary means of electricity. We have wall sockets for 120V power. I just happened to have a power brick that I had ordered as a "just-in-case" item. Thank God for foresight, right? The manufacturer should take note of that fact about not using USB as a primary power source and ship the devices with associated keys, in a baggie or envelope, taped to the external case of the safe. NO customer should be forced to figure out how to manipulate the safe with power source not normally encountered, just to get into the thing. Accessing the internal area of the safe should be no more complicated than opening a bag that contains keys and using the key to open the safe. Again, this product did not provide keys. I do not know if that was a problem at the production facility, or if this safe was a return that was just re-routed to me without anyone examining the box's content. In either case, it destroyed the pleasant customer experience that any customer should be able to reasonably expect when purchasing a product. No keys and no useful information in a brochure as how to access the safe without keys is not a pleasant experience. I was not, and am still not, very happy with this acquisition. And, I haven't even mentioned that the small internal bay's floor covering was wadded up and not secured to the floor. I should have taken a photo but by this time I'd pretty much had it with this product. Nor have I touched on the fact that there is no fire rating to be found anywhere. A very frustrating experience. I gave a 2-star rating because the product will serve the designed purpose without keys. I just have to dedicate a $60 power brick to this safe. Unbelievable!

Two thumbs up and five stars for this very heavy duty (and heavy) safe...They won't be carrying this away very quickly, to say the very least as it is very heavy. I can move it but I would never be doing so very quickly. It is well made. It comes with two keys. I requires 4 AA batteries (not included) if you are going to use the electronic capabilities like a code and fingerprint reader, etc. You can set it up to read your fingerprint and open or use a code and open or require both and open. If you just want to use the key by itself to open that is always an option as well. Setting the code for the safe is relatively easy after quickly reading the manual. I had very little problem getting the scanner to read and store my finger prints. You can store multiple finger prints but you have to redo the process for each finger you decide to use but each finger recording takes about 30 seconds so it really isn't that bad after you read the instruction manual and do it as the manual says. Overall very easy if you have it set up on a table or desk while entering codes and finger prints, etc. The inside of the safe is very nice and while the outside is way more heavy duty than the plastic on the inside it is still overall very impressive, I would recommend it and I would buy it agin if I needed another one. It is small enough you can put it out of site under a table, etc. The electronic voice is nice and works well. There are multiple ways to set up the alarm if you want it to go off after a few failed attempts. Just read the manual to see/implement the options you desire.Good day & God Bless...Randall M.
