I would like to highlight that as a former butcher
I didn't buy this item, so i'll keep my compliment to 3 stars to prevent spiking this products total. However, I would like to highlight that as a former butcher, A grip like this would be greatly welcomed for all appropriate reasons, since in regular knife grips your hand would frequently find the bottom edge and catch some grip.I really do like the handle on this and even with not ever using it, I could say genuinely... This is likely a step in the right direction for knife handles.
