I like that this is a calorie efficient protein replacement. Forget the protein shakes cause this works better. I don’t like that I have to consume so many capsules, 9-10 to be exact, but it works! Great quality and ingredients

I bought these after hearing a talk from Dr. David Minkoff that makes a brand called perfect aminos for twice the price.I went on Reddit, pubmed, there is an facebook group too for these too, and these appeared to be the same thing as perfect aminos.I have a hamstring injury, and I am taking 20 pills a day. The hamstring injury is improving on these (it’s only been 2 weeks).But what’s more amazing is that I am not hungry! I used to feel if I did not eat meat that my body would break down. I live an amazingly active life. I don’t feel that way anymore on these. It’s so nice not to be hungry and craving all day long! I am away this week out of the country, and I have not eaten meat at all week. This is unusual for me because I normally eat meat twice a day. These are just amazing pills. I tell everyone to buy these.

Other brands like perfect Amino or others are usually $75 or $85 a bottle for half the amount. This is amazing, been using amino tablets for years and they make my lean muscle pop and define, and make my endurance, and post recovery way better! I am always stronger at the gym with these.

I like the extra nutrition, but man the size of the pills!

It says it’s an essential amino acid supplement but it’s missing L-histidine other then that it seems to be a decent product it’s just not all 9 essential amino acids
