These are small baking dishes - non-toxic and food-friendly. They're small, wonderful size for a couple. They clean up well and bake evenly, really nothing beats clay pots!

Firstly, these are straight-forwards, no nonsense, terracotta pots. Thankfully, there is no glaze on them at all. As such, they are for purists. If you've ever cooked with such terracotta, you'll know their value. (There are things you can do with them, achieving a quality, you cannot with any other type of pot. I love doing so.) So, that's the pro side of this review.The con side is their size. I got them today, and they both went almost straight into usage. I made honey glazed (roasted) pork roast and vegetables. I used both pots to do so. And, had them both in my 12in x 12in air fryer... at the same time. Which is their down-side. Due to size of these pots, I had 1-1/2 portions of meat in one, and since I had only vegetables, no starch, one portion of veggies in the other... and thus they both were full to the brim. An inch longer, 2 inches wider, and double in height....with a lid would have been perfection for my air fryer size.So while yes, I'll still have plenty of usage for them at this size (baked tortellini alfredo for example), I'm a bit greedy, and would like to also see larger.
