I was using the Flatter Me version that was all around on Instagram and TikTok. Then it was sold out, and I saw they had this one available for overnight delivery with my Prime subscription, so I ordered it as a substitute for the other one. This one worked better for me, so I have been buying this one instead. It does make my abdomen appear "flat," because I don't get bloated and my weight is even 3 pounds less than usual. I used to get indigestion from time to time, with a lot of gas; this is no longer a problem. This supplement has handled that.My husband used it too; he lost about 5-7 pounds using it. He started having a bit of diarrhea, but then it normalized, and it helped him with digestion and bloating. He is now able to eat bread and grains, even though before, it would have been too heavy for him.

Pretty sure I had the adverse effect other talk about in the reviews. After a couple days of taking this, I was struggling with the strangest back pain. Felt like the pain was in my back and chest. Like the worst acid reflux but also with back pain. The only change to my diet and life was this supplement. I stopped taking it, and the pain went away.I didn’t notice any bloating changes since I was overwhelmed by the dull ache and pain of my upper body. I was sad to not get to see if this worked.

I absolutely LOVE Flatter Me Extra Strength. I’ve put several friends on it & they love it as well! I notice a difference in bloating right away, my stomach looks considerably flatter & it’s become an easy part of my wellness routine. This supplement helps me anytime I eat something dairy based or rich.My Husband had a HORRIBLE reaction to this supplement. I don’t know why but am certain his body responded negatively to it right away. Within 10 minutes of taking it he went from perfectly fine to doubled over in agony, salivating, sweating, and a burning sensation in his stomach. This man eats spicy food all the time no problem so I’m baffled why he had this reaction. He thought I was trying to Un-alive him.So now Flatter Me Extra Strength is exclusively MY supplement. I still love it despite his weird reaction. I have seen in a few scattered reviews people have weird reactions & my guy was one of the rare ones.Overall I think it’s a great supplement if it sits right with you ❤️

I tried several probiotucs and they all bloated me more..I been taking hum flatter me for 2 years now ... I take it a half hour before eating a meal ... I am not as bloated as I use to be added eating... I would recommend ... remember it takes time but it will be worth it

I didn't have any side effects but I didn't seen it had an effects at all. Won't be purchasing again. Not worth it in my opinion. Don't get stuck on the influencer ads!

I had high hopes for these as they got good reviews. I did not have a good experience with this product. Did not take the bloat away for me.
