Baja Gold Liquid Trace Minerals Drops, Gary Brecka Choice, Glass, 4 fl oz

I just got this today, so I don't know if it will be beneficial, healthwise, or not. My main purpose in this review is to review the taste alone. I would buy this again just based on the taste. I don't like salty things, and I absolutely love this. I only do 10 drops at once though. I wasn't sure if this would taste like the sea or not, it doesn't. Tastes like water mixed with plain table salt. If I see a noteworthy change healthwise, I will do an update on this product.

I think daily use of this product reduces migraine frequency. Highly recommend!

I heard about this product from a dr on the Megan Kelly pod cast. He said this is better to use this instead of calcium. So trying this before my next blood work to see what shows on blood work. I can not give it low grade

I have been using Baja salt for a long time and thought i would try the liquid since i drink the salt daily for the mineral content as well as the great flavor the salt gives my food. Hard to say what the efficacy of the minerals will be but it would be helpful if the eye dropper had a unit of measurement so we are not guessing. Also seems to be a discrepancy between the 1ml or 2ml daily dosage.

I usually use the baja gold sea salt, but decided to try the trace mineral drops and I am hooked. I love using the mineral drops instead. It's so easy to just put a dropper full in my morning water and know that I am getting a good amount of nutrients right away in the morning.

I've only been using this Baja Gold Liquid Ocean Minerals for a few days, but I already love it. It does what it's supposed to, so obviously my body needs it. I'm not going to use it under my tongue tho. Imo that's more of a "therapeutic" dose. I have a 2 liter kettle that I add 10 drops to with each fresh fill of water. It lasts about 24 hours since I mix room temperature and heated water together. 10 drops in a 24 hour period seems to be the magic dose for me. I noticed within two days a remarkable improvement in my hydration. No dry tongue in the mornings, and my complexion feels soft and hydrated to the touch. A health and beauty product in one! I'll keep using it as long as it's available.

It was okay, but personally I didn’t notice any real difference while using it. I gave it some time, but I can’t say that it worked for me. Everyone’s experience may be different, but based on mine, I probably wouldn’t purchase it again.
