These sweat bands do the job! Now, if you are looking for something to keep your hair completely dry, this cannot work that type of magic. However, it does prevent your hair from being soaked.I am African American and have natural hair that I like to wear straight and I found that this would preserve my hair a little bit better, but of course if you sweat from the scalp, your roots will still revert somewhat.Overall, I would recommend.

Disappointed, not like the name brand, way to small for my head, read the reviews before I bought it, very disappointed, guess I'll break down n pay for the higher price, could not have sent it back, cause will not get all my money back don't buy, spend the extra money

Did not realize this was a mesh cap that fits tight to the head with a headband made of polyester and spandex with a hole for your ponytail. I thought the material would be moisture wicking and that I was buying a headband. The mesh is already pulling away from the headband and I haven't worn it once. I don't know why you would want the added fuss of squeezing your hair through a hole when you're going to sweat. Not as described and a waste of money.

I didnt notice it was for women with long pony tails. Not something I need because I wear my hair short; was looking for something to help protect my short style.

Too large for my head. It does OK with helping keep sweat out your eyes. But it was simply too big.

I was disappointed. It did not prevent a lot of sweat. Plus the cap wasn't very practical. I workout 6 days a week. I would not suggest it for hard core gym fanatics to save your hair.

I'd been using the band for a while and loved it, so I thought I'd try this model. The style was a bit small for my head, and the headband wasn't very wide, relative to the netting feature. This was a shame, because the headband seemed to be the only effective part of the cap. I threw it away, and am sticking with the headband product.

For the price I thought it wouldn't work since I was comparing it to a celebrity who has the same type of product out but for a much higher price. The cap was easy to put on, no tightness or squeezing around my temples. My test to see how good this would work was by doing the Insanity workout. Folks let me tell ya! It did the job! I left it on my head for approximately 30 minutes so I could cool down and not sweating and it worked perfect! I was and still am amazed about how effective this product is and wished I had it all my life. I have relaxed hair with no weave just below my shoulders. I strongly recommend this product!
