I just started using these to help treat my Carpal Tunnel. They have been working great. The velco is strong so I can still use my arm without it slipping off or moving. I usually wrap my wrist with a bandana before wrapping the pack on my wrist as it's a little too cold for my taste. The gel is froze but still pliable enough to mold around my wrist tightly. They stay cold long enough to treat my wrist with a single wrap. This definitely beat strapping an ice pack on my wrist and is super convenient to use.

I broke my wrist on a freak accident and had surgery! I bought these for after the surgery and they worked beautifully! Especially for my wrist! It brought the swelling down and they were comfortable! I would put them in the freezer and alternate 20 minutes on and off.. They are extremely durable and soft. The perfect size! . I highly recommend!!

These appear to be fairly well made and are somewhat helpful but after trying to use them a couple of times, I've wished I hadn't purchased them. I needed something I could wrap around my hand, specifically for the base of my thumb/inside of my palm. These are a little thicker than I thought they would be and as a result, they don't wrap as well as I'd hoped and the surface of the skin that's actually in contact with the pack ends up being somewhat loose and uneven.The other issue is that when you first take them out of the freezer, they are uncomfortably cold if placed directly on the skin, but they don't hold the level of cold for very long so if I put something between the pack and my skin when I first wrap it around my hand, within a fairly short period, it's no longer cold enough to penetrate through very effectively.They might work better if being used on a body part like an arm, ankle, etc., where it doesn't need to be folded as tightly as it needs to be to go around my hand. Not a bad product, just maybe not the best one for my particular need.

If you follow me then you know I give honest opinions on products. I got these cold pack wraps very good price ,It came with two. I had surgery on my wrist and arm and they are so easy to use one handed. For a cold pack they last about 20-30 min pending the heat. And you can microwave about 10-15 seconds pending microwave and the heat lasts about 20-30 min as well. Just slip your thumb thru wrap around and it had Velcro to close. Super soft,super easy to maneuver. And no leaking,takes up little space in the freezer. Use it as much as needed the quality stands firm. I do highly recommend.

Very comfortable to wear and is very cold to get the pain to subside quickly.

This thing is OK. It’s hard to get it to really be effective because you can never get all of it directly on your skin. It’s divided into sections and they never all fit uniformly. It also doesn’t stay cold very long. Honestly, you’re better off with a bag of frozen peas.

I recently started suffering from a carpal tunnel flareup. After getting no sleep for several nights, I decided to purchase these ice packs. They have been an amazing help with icing my wrists and being able to wrap them by myself without assistance. I highly recommend them if you are having a carpal tunnel syndrome issue. They are really soft easy to apply and don’t get excessively cold just cold enough to make the swelling go down. They are as comfortable as they can be considering their ice packs and it still hurts a little bit the size and fit and durability seem like they are going to last for a while
