I gave this 4 stars because it gets hot quickly and the vibration mode is good. I bought this to use on my neck. (I have cdd) I thought this would be pliable but it isn't so using it on the neck is awkward. I think it would work well for menstrual cramps (I no longer need it for that) or for back pain. It works better than expected for the price.

Bought this for my daughter who is always cold. She can wear it under he clothes when she goes to school it lasts until lunch then runs out of charge. Her friends love it!

This thing is amazing! The only thing is I wish it was more flexible for like neck area and such but I love it for my period cramps! It gets really hot! And love that I can bring it anywhere or travel with it!

So if this makes sense, it was cheap but not really worth the money still. It does get hot even at a two, but the inner coils are all across, but you can really only feel it in the middle one. To show how big it is, it’s almost the exact size of the A13 Samsung.

This is a great heating pad for cramps. The main reason I got it is because it's cordless. I like to wear heating pads when I'm on my period to alleviate cramping pain, but unfortunately, I had to be tied down to the bed. I love that this pad gives me the opportunity to just wear and not have to lay in bed or sit on a chair because it's plugged in. The charge lasts quite a bit. I do have to say, it heats up quickly and it gets very hot. There come points where I just have to take it off because I cannot bear the heat, and that's even with a towel or my clothing in between. The vibration is nice, but I don't use it much. I've also used this product for my back when it's hurting. Overall, it's a great heating pad. I recommend it.

I wanted to like this. The holding of a charge was inconsistent. Also, I was using on its lowest setting and ended up getting a burn after a pretty short period of usage. I had been needing to use it on its highest setting to get the desired effect. I've only had about a month so am pretty dismayed at the issues with this product and won't be using it anymore.

This worked well. I like that it has both heat and massage and the massage has solid and intermittent functions. It isn't quite as big as it looks in the pictures on the models, I appears they photo shopped that. Even so it's an adequate size for the area it's for, though a little bigger would be nice. It's a hard plastic outside and a comfortable fabric on the back against your skin. Because of this it isn't flexible so you are pretty limited on where you can use it to just the stomach area. It is nice that it's cordless and I like that you can strap it on so it stays in place. If cramps are your issue this is a good option to help get some relief.

I love this heating pad that I can take with me and wear under my shirt since it is rechargeable. (It cannot be worn while plugged in.)I get those kinds of cramps where you just feel all yucky and like your insides want to come out, not exactly painful but certainly not something that feels nice.I put this pad on this morning, just the heat, and started feeling better soon after. It starts heating up immediately which I love, and quickly reaches the desired temperature. There are 3 heat settings and 3 vibration settings.I don’t care for the vibration myself, not for cramps anyway…. But I tried it out and it did seem to help soothe the “yuck” feeling in my tummy. The sound is pretty low, similar to someone humming.I am thin - 5’7 and 105 pounds - and it fits me well. The belt, at its longest, is only 30” from end to end. It is elastic and when I stretch is as much as I can, I could probably fit 2 of me inside it.I don’t know that it would fit someone who is more than 200 pounds but think it can be worn up to 200 if you don’t mind it a bit tight.The only thing I don’t like about it is that it doesn’t specify what level the battery is at. It blinks while it’s charging and that’s the only way to know if it’s not 100% charged.The product says it has a 3 hour battery and that sounds about right, maybe a little less. There is a Type-C charging port and it comes with the cord but not the plug. It should work in most USB plugs though.
