Used these tail lights as an upgrade for my 2006 Jeep TJ. Installation was straightforward, simple and it definitely added a more stealth look to the vehicle. Although there is a dark tint to the tail light covers, all lights, when in use are very visible.

I have been looking for a very long time for a set of smoked tail lights for my TJ wrangler. I was also hoping to find a set that was DOT certified. These fit the bill perfectly. The installation was straightforward and the rewiring was easily done. The only drawback is that the lower two holes are slightly too narrow, which required some minor drilling hence the 4.9 stars. Additionally, I needed to change the Flasher to accommodate the LED lights, but that was expected. Found it at rockauto.com.

Needs to be spliced into the harness instead of clipping in. Definitely on the less durable side. Look great though.

Lights came out pretty cool

Fitted the left side, the. Removed, put the original back on and blacked out the lens with night shade. Should have done that on the first place. Terrible product, does not fit properly and looks cheap and tacky. LED function did not work as advertised either. Do not recommend.

Easy install. So far no leaks. Brake & signal lights are bright enough. Haven't been rearended so that's a plus lol. However, The white back up lights are so dull they might as well be non-existent. I can't see anything when I back up. So I'm moving a 4" flat led light & mounting it above the lens. Should be better then lol.

Like - appearance, brightness, custom look to a restored better than factory 1997 TJ Dislike - now have hyper flash that does not correct with flasher replacement. Dislike - have to hard wire - would be better if provided with a plug to match factory connector.
