Can you use this on a micro usb port?

It's a physical electrical connection between two small conductors. I would say yes, and would try it myself. If I understand your question the "male" & "female" parts of this connection are self sealed by the housings that contain them, so there would be no contamination of any other parts/connections by the use of CRC. I assume (almost always big trouble) you have an intermittent connection at this USB? Before you spend any $$. Be certain its a contaminated connection, and not a broken/loose wire in either side. Test the "male" in a known good "female" and if the bad connection is absent then try a know good "male" in your suspected bad "female" and see if you can isolate the specific issue. Troubleshooting the component by isolating them one by one is a tried & true method to isolate electrical issues.Either way CRC is a good product, W/many electrical connection uses, potentiometers, switches, slider controls, fuse blocks - almost endless.
