Great OEM remote
I love this OEM Sony remote now I have two just in case one breaks. Very good quality

Similar to other reviews, shortcut buttons don't work.
The basic buttons work, but the branded shortcut buttons (Disney, etc) do nothing. I thought the unit was faulty but I bought another one and the same problems persisted. Recommend finding a different replacement.

If they ain't lying to me it is a real SONY product.
The SONY named one seems to be smoother than the two or three after market remotes.

I dont think its oem
It takes pressing a button 5 times to get it to work. Nothing like the oem controller. It says sony but I dont believe it is. Also the Google assist button will not work.

As high quality and 100% functionally as the original Sony remote. Highly recommend!
When the item listing says "OEM," it truly means OEM! This remote is every bit as high quality as the original Sony remote and the functionality is 100% of what the original remote is. The fit and finish are 100% Sony quality as is the quality of all of the buttons. And it sports the Sony logo as does one you would buy from a Sony retailer. Connectivity is excellent. I told the television that I had a new remote and sync'd it up just as the TV said it would. Set-up was quick and easy as it could possibly be. This remote was completely compatible with my Sony TV. The pre-programmed YouTube, NETFLIX, Disney+, and Amazon Prime buttons worked without a hitch right out of the box. This remote is as good as any Sony remote. At the price it's a superb value for the money. Highly recommended!

Buttons not programmed correctly.
Buttons are not programmed correctly. Both YouTube and Disney+ booths open up YouTube Music.
