How do you tighten this headrest? It doesn't lock tightly, most have an adjustment on the opposite side of where the handle is?

I haven't had any problems with the locking mechanism. It locks in just like others I've had previously.

Exactly what is the cushion covered in? microfiber? vinyl? it looks like fabric in the photo but i can't enlarge it enough. description is lacking

Cloud Fill Foam Top Layer combined with our signature Strata Memory Foam Bottom Layer. I believe it is vinyl but it could be leather. My husband uses it so I'm not sure. It feels like leather/vinyl.

How do you tighten this thing? I put it on an EarthLite tabel and it's so loose it keeps falling out of the holes.
