Really works with grip and protection.
My daughter is not in gymnastics but she loves to think she is. She is always doing things on the gym playset we have in back. This has help prevent her from getting those nasty blisters from swinging on monkey bars.

Maybe not for monkey bars,
Too slippery for monkey bars. Not enough grip. So we end up using it for biking and skateboarding and maybe for cold days.

Hole after week and a half
My 6 year old loved these gloves! She uses the monkey bars so often that she just has permanent blisters, and these gloves solved that problem... For a week and a half... But there's already a hole! She did not use them every day, but on the days she used them it was probably for an hour, but still should've lasted more than a week and a half!

Causes blisters
The first time my daughter used these they created huge blisters on her hands…the exact reason why we purchased them. They fit her well so poor fit is not the reason why it happened.

Ripped from the moment swung the first time on the monkey bars. Amazon refunded for defective product. Purchased another one.
