Great for recovering motion
If you're just starting to recover motion, or if you're just starting out with movement exercises and are maybe a bit on the older side, these weights are very good. Lightweight enough to not be intimidating, soft to hold, and have hand loops. Why be unkind to yourself as far as working out -- as long as you do it regularly, there's no need to do it hard.

Very Good for Grip Strengthening
This is a well made set of 3. The shape makes them easy to use and fits different hand sizes. Come with the always useful Cubii guide cards.
