They taste yummy, and puts me to sleep. It takes about 30 minutes for it to kicknin but I start to feel drowsy within minutes. I usually use 1 gummy because sleep aids have a tendency to make me groggy the next day. However my son takes 2 as directed, sleeps well and wakes up the next day fully charged. It does what it says it will do. I love the fact that it is pork free. So it is a total win for me.

The melatonin might have worked but never opened bottle. May have to do with how they were stored in warehouse? Gummy melatonin came as one giant clump of gummies stuck together. When you need occasional help sleeping the last thing you want is to have to dig on gummy out of a giant clump in wee hours of the AM. Bottle was never opened. This item can’t be returned and didn’t notice that on product description. Thank goodness for Amazon customer support along with a few photos of the clumped bottle. Personally like the Hylander brand for all natural products. Unfortunately they stopped making the Hylands Sleep tablets that dissolved & were tasteless. They worked well with my body type and didn’t leave you drowsy in morning like melatonin typically does. Had high hopes. Follow up: decide to try opening the bottle to see how stuck together they were and noticed the protective paper seal was bubbled. Attempted to open seal & the protection seal flew off with a loud BANG POP! Definitely something wrong with the bottle and contents — into the trash it goes.

My training and wellness have dramatically improved with this product. I take two before bed every night and it feels like a light switch is flipped within 30 minutes of consumption. I wake up feeling better and I couldn’t recommend them more. I also get the kids version for my children who also love the flavor and it supports us getting them to bed in a timely manner.

I think this worked pretty well, but I couldn't use it long enough to be sure. The problem is that this comes in a large bottle with a lot of the gummies, and the gummies stick together, enough that it's hard to separate them, making access to a single dose difficult. When you're fighting insomnia, the last thing you want is to fight with a bottle of gummies. I'm giving it a second star only because it seemed like it might be working.

I have been taking these gummies for years and really like them. Not sure if they help me sleep, but they dont hurt and they taste good. The issue is the packaging. I just received my latest bottle and when I opened the bottle, it exploded open. There was pressure built up inside the bottle and when i pulled at the safety tab the tab and a few of the gummies and the safety seal across the room and made a POP noise. This happened one other time a few months ago, but I thought it was just a fluke. But now this is the second bottle. I like the product, but I am not about to get my eye shot out by opening the bottle. Something is seriously wrong. My dog is still shaking from the noise it made thinking it was fireworks. I reached out to the company to let them know the issue I have had twice.

I was very careful because different brands w the same mg are all still produced differently. These are my go to ONLY when I want to battle my insomnia. Dose is perfect for effect. Also, it’s my bed time yummy. Worth every penny!
