Excellent for Small Space and Features for My Home Theater
I was looking for a small UPS to put into my home theater cabinet to ensure the ethernet switch (9V) and Access point (12V) remain powered if a power outage occurs. Every time they go down, all my smart switches and other devices have to re-negotiate for a new IP address and sometimes they all don't connect properly when power returns. I did not have room for a standard size UPS and this was a problemm. The SKE MiniDCUPS unit fits a small space, and it can keep both the access point and switch on, but also keeps the power on for a LED strip I have around the ceiling of the room to provide ambient lighting. Since my LED strip lighting takes 24VDC, I could not use the 2nd 12VDC output from the MinDCUPS, but because this unit also has a USB port, I used a 5V to 24V booster to get the voltage up to 24V. It works perfectly, and if a power outage occurs, I've got light in the room. I tested this under these 3 loads, and I got over 4 hours on the UPS power from this small unit. It has a 10400mah battery, which translates into 38.4Wh (using standard 3.7 Lithium-ion cells). That is more than sufficient for any temporary power outage. No other miniUPS has all these outputs and even better, it has the AC charger built-into it which makes it easier to connect to AC without another adapter. This was great and makes it the best choice out there now. I also gave it 5 stars because the SKE customer service is very responsive and has provided me with answers the very next day and are very customer oriented.Of course, not all is perfect, and there are a few minor issues on this unit, and I hope that SKE will address these in future models:1) It only comes with a single 5.5mm x 2.5mm Y cable because the 9V and 12V use the slighly larger inner dimension on the connector. Many routers and switches use 5.5mm x 2.1mm plugs, so I had to buy a converter and make my own 5.5x2.1mm male to male plug cables. Since there are 3 outputs (beside the USB), they should include at least three 5.5mm x 2.1 to 5.5mm x 2.5mm adapters or male cables, along with the one they have to handle most situations.2) There is no audible beep when main power goes off and goes to battery power. This is important to know, although it has a LED on top for Battery On, you can't keep looking to see if it lost power. And if the battery gets below 25%, it should start beeping rapidly.3) Although minor, the Battery indicator LEDS reads left to right as 100, 75, 50, 25%. Most devices that have a meter would have it in the reverse order with 25 on the left and 100 on the right. And as batter goes down, the leds go off right to left. If you hang the unit vertically, then it would make sense. All in all, it's a good unit and very happy with it. I highly recommend it.

It has 2x 12V/2A ports!
I bought this to protect my cable modem and main TP-Link Deco wifi router from power outages. I was concerned with some of the other similar devices, as they only had a single 12V/2A port which would require a Y-splitter and probably draw more amps than the devices could support. This one comes with 2x 12V/2A ports. My cable modem draws 1.5A and the Deco draws 1A, so this should be sufficient. Time will tell, but the UPS can power both devices and maintain a charge. The device comes with a very short Y-splitter cable. So, I purchased 2x 1m long cables with 5mm x 2.5mm barrel connectors. Then, since my Deco has a 5mm x 2.1mm connector, I got an adapter. So far, it all works great.

Reliable
Two of these are running a pair of Wyze PTZ cameras in my home. Both have kept the cameras energized through normal operation as well as power outages. Easy to use - just plug them in. I'm glad that I have them.

Great backup for Routers and Modems
I have used this backup for over 6 months, and it has not degraded in duration and it's keeping powered up 2 devices for over 4 hours, this is long enough to keep working my full shift when power outages occurThe one thing i dislike is that it only comes with one cable and no adapters, it would be great if they included 2 cables with adapter tips and maybe a small usb lead

Perfect for home use
Keep the internet on. This ups is best suited for home use where you can run both the modem and the router worry free of any power interruptions that it is must for people who can work from home. The cables provided in the package fit most of the electronic devices that run on 12 v power supply. It runs for 4 hrs on its internal battery before sounding alarm with decent enough volume to alert you. Even after the alarm, it runs for 30 more minutes. Recommended for every house. Definitely value for the buck.

Puts out 2 Amps? NOPE
I bought this UPS thinking it would do the job I needed. It clams it puts out 12 volts at 2 amps. I have a small 2-way MURS radio that requires 12 volts at 0.9 amps. Hooked it up and had the UPS charged and still plugged in to the house power ....all looked good then I went to test ........The radio powered up but it would not even receive any signals(low power need) Then of course the transmit side wouldn’t work either. I hooked up the wall wart power plug that only puts out 12 volts 0.9 amps and the radio worked great. Radio is a major part of my life and I was very hopeful this UPS would work because they claimed output 12 Volts at 2.0 amps. No such luck. I wouldn't trust this productSpecsMURS radio needs 12v @ 0.9 ampsUPS said it would provide 12v @ 2.0 amps NOPE
