Not very informative. Mainly shows products that were available at one time but no info how to actually do anything!

Not quite as informative as I had hoped

Daniel Stapleton's "The MG Midget & Austin Healey Sprite Hight Performance Manual" presents practical information for the MG / Sprite owner interested in getting the best out of the car. The performance enhancing tips explain opportunities, tradeoffs and risks. The book pays for itself very quickly. Many "performance enhancing products" would cost 100x the price of the book. I only wish that sometimes the author would stand behind me as I work on my Sprite and share his wisdom. I am glad that I purchased the book.

Good book, more directed to race applications, but there are some good take-a-ways for the street enthusiast. I am glad that I bought it.

covers just about every aspect of performance modifications and tuning you might imagine

Good, easy to follow guide to Spridget modifications. New products are appearing all the time and modifications that we didn't think possible years ago are becoming the norm now.

Book was hyped as an all new edition, but was just a rehash of his other editions. older editions actually have more help and ideas

Excellent book for sprite / midget owners , most will want to modify , update and improve theirs sometime. Very informed author - highly recommended.

Almost everything to know about Sprites and Midgets in one place. But it doesn't replace "David Vizard" for the details of performance engine modifications.
