does what it should, and do not notice any color cast. I generally only use UV filters on my lenses for added protection, not for UV purposes as sensors have all that covered on the inside of camera. Ocean salt water splashes/sand grit and or in messy surroundings that could result in getting lens glass dirty/touched. I usually try to purchase plain clear non UV filters (Nikon Clear) but sadly they are much more expensive. THIS is good value & works fine!!

Arrived as expected, good quality and easy to put on camera

I build my own camera housings. Prior to this purchase I used a lens protector that was clear glass. That old lens produced double images of bright points of light at night. This lens is coated and does not produce double images, so the coating does work. And, best part, this lens was slightly cheaper!

The order arrived in a timely manner(as promised) and seems to be made with high quality materials. The product is as described. I wouldn't hesitate to order from this vendor again.

It's clear and fit the threads well but I could not tell the difference. Bought for a Nikkon lens with the intent of using outdoors but not seeing the advantage to this filter.

This is to protect the front glass of the most expensive lens that I own.
