The media could not be loaded. I have an Android phone (which does not come with Magsafe built in) but I wanted to try the technology. I got a magsafe case for my Galaxy S23 Ultra, and picked up this Magsafe car charger. It works flawlessly and has a really cool startup animation which you can see in my video. The installation was super easy. Just a single hook to grasp onto the AC vent. It holds very tightly to the vent and the Magnetic is strong and holds my phone with no issues. I bought 2 of these because they work so well.

starting with the worst first, the chord is as cheap as any I have ever seen. the plastic head makes it appear to have an over mold, but in fact it’s just a pass through. before I removed the chord I could manipulate the end shown in the picture and make my phone charge or not charge. the ball mount is good, but there is just not an opportunity to tighten it up. this results in the phone sagging frequently. the mag charger is great, it attaches solidly but at the same time the phone is easy to remove.I wish someone would worry more about selling a quality product and less about selling products. I recommend this with reservations. I gave up trying to find something better, and sick of buying and returning ones that were even more inferior to this one.

I really like how sturdy it is, the way that it attached to me vent was better than any phone mount I have used before. It is a game changer for simplicity of placing my phone somewhere and having it automatically charge. Only issue is that the charging through the magnet wirelessly is kind of slow - not frustratingly slow where it drains faster than charges but not quite as fast as when I plug my phone in. I still go with this mounting option.

It's not fast charging and it doesn't stay stuck to phone.

Bought this charger to make it easier to look at directions while driving. It serves the purpose and has a super strong magnet. My phone has never fallen off. Only issue I have is that it makes my phone super hot on occasion. But it's very sturdy and super easy to install.
