I bought this for 2 reasons, one so I could use it it tea and 2 as food dye. It works very well in both regards. The price is reasonably for how long it lasts. I has a mild pleasant taste. I mixed it with matcha in a 1:1 ratio it was very pretty as well as delicious.

I use this blue pea flower powder for baking breads and it hold such a beautiful color even when baking at hugh temps.

The taste is subtle and not overwhelming. I purchased it for the health benefits and to add to sea moss gel for the purple color. The powder mixes easily even into cold water. It’s a good price and great quality. A little goes a long way. It is a beautiful periwinkle color and also is great to add to tart cherry juice for a refreshing, healthy drink.

Honestly this could be my own fault given not a lot of people had this problem but when I prepared it for a friend and I we became incredibly sick the next day. I wish I could get money back because after this I can no longer even drink it again. Worth the price if you like this tea though.

It's was easy to add to the home made icing and it was the perfect shade for Bluey blue

I bought this powder as a artificial dye substitute for my sons 3rd birthday cake. This powder is tricky because if you use too much you will wind up with lavender/purple. Too little and you have an almost grey color. The blue is muted but beautiful and still has a undertone of purple in certain light. I attached pictures so you could see what color it is in case you are like I was, weeks ago, searching comments for the perfect shade for a monster who lives on 123 sesame st. Aside from the color (which really is stunning) there is no taste to it and easy to blend.
