I was hoping to use this tape to repair a waterproofed canvas tarp on a livestock trailer. I cleaned the edges of the rip and applied tape top and bottom. I extended the tape 2-3" beyond the tear and overlapped each piece about 30%.The tape didn't stick at all. It started peeling off within 30 minutes.This "Heavy Duty" tarp tape might work for a blue poly tarp, but it certainly wasn't "heavy duty" enough for my needs.
