Product did great at cleaning roof.
This product did a great job at cleaning the roof. BE AWARE it made the roof very slippery. I worked in sections and always kept back from area I was cleaning by using a long handled scrub brush in order not to slip off my RV roof.

This stuff works!
Purchased this to clean the rubberized coating on my fishing skiff. Does an excellent job of removing the mildew, dirt, rust stains. I mixed it in a hand pump sprayer, let it sit for a couple of minutes and then took a wash brush to the surface then rinsed. Nice and clean.

6:1 needed sitting and scrubbing
I mixed this super strong, 5 parts water to 1 part cleaner. I was really hoping it would be as easy as applying, let soak, and rinse! But, not so lucky. It definitely works better if you soak and let sit for several minutes, but needs a scrubby type of mop, then hose it off.Where I’m going to reseal the roof, I’m going to try to do this when we have no rain in sight, which lately has been far between! As this is my first RV, I have no reference point to compare.

Works Ok. Still Needs Much Scrubbing To Really Work.
Mixed as per directions, it only works moderately well. Mixed at 1.5X the directions, it works much better. Still, it requires much scrubbing to work effectively and actually remove the dirt and grime. It really does not seem to work any different than other products on the market.

useless
save your money use soap and bleach, used this, and then had to redo with soapy water and bleach to get the roof clean this cleaner did not clean very well. even after following directions and then doubling the mix.

Break up dirt and grime, leaves roof ready for sealant or resurfacing
I used this to clean a 30-year-old rubber RV roof in preparation for some spot sealant and RV roof tape to repair holes pecked through the surface by birds.Followed the directions for 5:1 mixture with water and used a bristle brush to break up the toughest areas of mildew and crud, then a cloth to clear the surface and waited for it to dry before applying the new tape. Surfaces were left bright and clean and allowed the tape to fully adhere. The cleaner left no residue or soap and washed away with additional water.

Did a great job on the camper
I have an older camper and used this to clean the roof before resealing it. It cleaned the roof up nicely. Very happy with purchase.

Works Well!
So far I've tried this on my buddy's RV and my own shingle roof, and it worked well on both materials. It really strips the gunky stuff away, better than normal soap. I have only been using it scrubbing by hand, so I'm sure it would get anything sparkly clean in combination with a pressure washer. The bottle is pretty small and stores easily, and you get a lot (30gal) of end product from the concentrate. Great for taking on the go to mix up some cleaner on the road if you take long trips often. The bottle that it's in feels durable, it's not hard brittle plastic. It's more like the flexible soft plastic on those travel squeeze bottles and such. Should last the life of the product in the original packaging.Overall I think it is a solid value. It's a bit of an initial investment, but it makes so much cleaner you're only paying between a dollar or two per gallon of made-up cleaner. I will update if I notice any ill effect from using this product.
