This is a fabulous set of knives! I love they way they feel...light, but just right. Take care, they're sharp!

I love these knives and I love the sharpness and I love that case that you can slide the knife into so you don’t cut yourself while you have it in your drawer. I do have my own knife sharpener so I plan every time after I using these to just run them through the sharpener a little bit after using. These are really good knives!

Bought these because my wife had a Sontoku knife that was lost and says she got the perfect replacement it has a good weight without it affecting your cooling

Cuts very well

I had really high expectations for these as they were very sharp when I first received them but after only a couple of uses they became dull. On a positive note, they are heavy and have a good sturdy handle.

These are always out of the drawer for use on anything
