We enjoy listening to his mediations on You Tube. When I saw the book. I thought it would make a wonderful gift.

Thin pages
The hard cover is very nice. It comes with a silk like bookmark. Unfortunately the pages are very thin so you can see the words in the next pages faintly. It doesn’t impact readability but I’d prefer thicker pages. Otherwise it’s very nice.

Great gift for a guy! My son asked for this book and he has enjoyed reading it (23 years old).

Thin Paper.
Pages are so thin that the writings are distracting.Text and images from one page bleed into the next.This was not the collectible book I thought it would be.
