El producto llegó antes de lo esperado, viene en una caja de fábrica. Lo compré porque tengo una perrita de la raza Golden Retriever que se enfermo de Bronquitis y tenía muchas flemas que no podía expulsar; por lo que la veterinaria le mando nebulizaciones y el aparato funicona excelente. NO hace ruido por lo que no le da miedo y trae dos mascaras una grande y una pequeña. La grande no es demasido grande pero si del tamaño justo para un Golden o Labrador.Lo recomiendo ampliamente.
