How can i buy new battery genwissbrc18650 4200mah 3.7v li-ion?

You can't buy 18650 batteries in stores, but you can get them on Amazon. buy the Korean -made ones if you want the best.

What is the beam width? What is the battery life at max brightness?

I used it in very clear water in Bonaire and it was 10 ft or so. It was adequate for my use. Have no idea about the battery life.

3000 lumens seems pretty unreal. Can anybody confirm if this is true?

3000 lumens is a physical impossibility based on the LED and battery being used. Chinese manufacturers and sellers do this regularly with everything from wattage levels of meat grinders to lumens of flashlights. From guessing Id say this is as bright as any other 1000-1200 lumen dive light I have.
