La verdad no lo compré para mí para mandárselo a una mi hermana a mi país pero ella ya está muy mayor de edad y no le cayó bien pero lo está tomando la hija de ella y pues dice que sí ha visto resultados buenos por mi parte no lo puedo recomendar porque no lo he tomado yo eso sí una persona de 80 años creo que es muy fuerte para ellos porque a mi hermana no le cayó bien

Strong sleep magnesium, for me, too strong
These seemed to work really well. The magisum for sleep worked really well, almost too well for me. When I took it for sleep I slept soundly and deeply, too deeply. When I got up I felt sluggish and couldn't get to moving for a couple hours and couple cups of coffee. I think it is a bit stronger than what I need for sleep. Also, it is too expensive for me to continue to use although I like just the regular magnesium. Therefore 3 stars.
