Does it cook evenly without rotating?

In my case I found I needed to rotate the pizza dough for even baking.

what are the interior dimensions?

Interior dimensions are 13.5” X 13.5” X 5”. As far as usable space, you can’t go much beyond the 12” length and width of the pizza stone, because you need space for the air to circulate. As for the height, the baking rack is set about 1.5” above the bottom and you have a heating element on the top as well as the bottom. You don’t want your food to get too close to that.

Can you bake pita bread in this oven?

I haven't tried it, but I think it might be possible. Any flatbread should be okay. and the pizza stone should work well for something like pitas bread. You will need to watch it and pop it if it puffs too much.

Should I be nervous plugging this into a regular 110 household outlet?

I assume that’s okay. That’s how I have used mine and I haven’t had any problems..
