This scale has so many areas to measure your weight, it’s an excellent tool when losing weight and knowing all your unhealthy areas besides weight, your visceral fat around your organs, your fat %, & fat weight. It is rechargeable and the charge lasts about 2-3 months with 2 people weighing themselves daily & is so extremely easy to use. Connect to your device by Bluetooth once and it’s ready for all other weight ins. I don’t usually write reviews but this scale amazed me. I told my husband we’re tossing the old 2002 scale and welcoming a 21st century Smart Innotech scale.

I find this scale to be really impressive and interesting! You do have to download an app to be able to use the full amenities, but it is worth it. The app allows for easy tracking, reading of information/stats, and it doesn’t take that long. You can still use the scale without the app and be able to see majority of what is on the app, but you just will not be able to go as in depth. I would assume it tracks weight correctly, though I am not sure how you would ensure it is. It provides context beyond your simple weight which I think makes it worth the money. It is easy to clean like any other scale you would own, the only difference is you have to occasionally charge it. It does hold its charge for a very long time and alerts you before “giving out”. Overall, I think if you are looking for a smart scale then this one is a great option! And it’s pink;)

The product works well and with speed once you charched it with a USB compatible cable. The app is very easy to understand and is linked via bluetooth to the scale. The scale is small but big enough for a large person to step on it and with a few seconds you can read your weight, heartrate, bmr, muscle weight, water weight, body fat. For a more accurate reading you are requested to put on pants that your legs don't touch each other.

Great product and functional

I've used InBody body composition analyzer stand up scales available at high-end gyms, but the ABLEGRID Body Fat Scale is surprisingly consistent in readings and is very convenient to use. All this available at its price point is frankly amazing. I love that it's rechargable and needs a recharge only every 3-4 months or so. The Fitdays app connects to my Samsung Health app, and I now have a readout of activity from years before the purchase to the detailed fat mass, body fat percentage, muscle mass, BMI, readings showing low/normal/high range for all those at the Samsung Health app now. One thing I've noticed though is that the heart rate monitor seems inaccurate with my readings being very high, despite my manual measurements (finger to neck) being much more in normal range. Besides that, if I think the food and exercise I had the previous day should affect my readings up or down, the ABLEGRID Body Fat Scale reflects it consistently. I therefore don't understand the complaints of the other reviewers. I've used this product since May 2023 and no problems, and I'm a fitness nut, swimming 1.5 km freestyle 3 times a week average and brisk walking 2 times a week for about half hour to an hour. I'm very satisfied and would recommend it to anyone. I've recommended it to my daughter, but she's not as much of a health nut so she's not purchased one yet (we're empty nesters). Some things, you can't control in life: the weather, daughters, and unreliable electronics.

When I first got this, and got it charged, I decided to try it right away. Initially I thought I'd see all the colorful displays telling me my stats. However, upon standing on the scale and waiting, I never got my extended displays. So, I went through the documentation instead of skimming it. Turns out you REALLY DO need to set up an account and pair it with your phone right away. If you don't, you'll never get the displays on the scale to provide all that information. I like the record keeping information in the app-- telling you how you compared with previous days with charts indicating your progress (or regress, if that's the case). Also, today I saw an interesting unexpected feature: detection of possible people using the scale with your connected app. It noticed I was down 5 pounds and confirmed whether I was the same person. The reason I was down is because I drink a lot of water, and prior to measuring I was sweating a lot outside. So, that was cool. As far as Bluetooth connectivity, the best thing to do is to run the app on your phone while you're standing on the scale. Not sure what the range is, but if you do that you'll probably be in range! I'm curious how it gets all these readings-- such as bone mass. For some reason, mine is quite low. I've never heard that one before. I highly recommend this scale, especially for the price!

excellent product, seems very accurate

The product was delivered without a charger or a C-type wire in the package. The App related to the product crashes continuously. Very disappointed regarding this product.

I bought these scales because they weren't the cheapest on Amazon so I was expecting and hoping for a scale that would be decently accurate. I have been going to a dietician and get my body composition checked each visit and comparing their InBody 570 scale to this Ablegrid scale the figures are way out. Inbody says I'm 9.8% this scale says 17.2% muscel mass on Inbody says 37.1kg and these scales say 56.5% and every other parameter is out besides the actual weight which there is a difference albeit acceptable. I will see what my chances are for a refund to be honest, as I understand for the price they are not going to be commercial accuracy but these seem to be way out and what sold me on these scales in the claim of the accuracy with the state of the art sensors it uses. If you want accuracy, im my experience DO NOT BUY.

Love this. First smart scale I’ve had & I use it daily. My mother also uses it quite often now to keep better track of her health as well. It’s a nice unit, I’m impressed for sure. The app is very easy to use as well.

they seem accurate, they look good, good value for money, easy to use, they tell you loads of information even tell your heart rate, it’s easy to change the scales from lbs to kg through the app, they detected a weight change as first time i got on them i had my phone in my hand and then got off them to put phone down and it detected there was a change in weight and told me in the app, they are very functional and the bonus being they charge by usb.
