This is a fantastic product, awesome recording quality, MONO recording, works perfectly, but manufacturing design has 2 defects which make it slightly difficult to use the product if using it too much and too frequently. The button to start and end recording is too small and too tight to slide. If you do not have fingernails, then it will be difficult to slide it. I am using it to record videos for youtube, and speaking errors happen and I have to restart again. Sliding the button repeatedly is becoming a problem. I fear I might end up breaking the button. If you are not sliding the button repeatedly, then it is fine. Next, if you leave the button at turned on position, plug the device in USB and then pull it out to start recording, the recording will be like a tape recorder running very very fast, basically not useable. You will need to slide the button and then record again, so leaving the button at the turned on position is not an option. Finally, you cannot record while the device is plugged in the USB slot, you must take it out of the slot to record, this is sort of practical since you don't want the device to fill space while you are transfering files, but if there could be a setting in the manifest (MRECSET.txt) file that can turn on or off the recording while it is plugged in the USB, then this would have been a greater than fantastic device. A tiny EXE file that can start or stop recording while the device is plugged in the USB is also fine. If manufacturers can please make these changes, I will be happy to order a new device with the new changes done. I really liked this device, the recording quality, the simplicity, all of it, except the tiny button problem and no way to record while the device is plugged in the USB. I will continue to use it for now, until a new better version comes out, if it ever does. All in all it is a good product for now, I have given it a 5 star rating.

It's a wastage.... It works for 5 6 days and then completely stops working. Kindly look for other options to buy

I usually refrain from writing reviews on Amazon. However, this time I have to. It's really an amazing voice recorder. Sound quality is loud and clear. And most importantly, the parameter that actually matters in any recorder is it's sensitivity. It's sensitive enough to catch and record voice from a fair distance. And on top of that the seller provides extremely good after sales service. In short, aankh band karke le lo bhai .. !! However just keep in mind to use only 1 ampere charger with it.

Good. Value for money. Quality of sound is clear There is no software or patch to Setting up the date. No instructions to set up the date. You have to refer YouTube for the same.

So, I struggled a bit to find out how to set the date and time on this device, and was almost going to return it. Since I see many reviews here which say that they cannot find the option to set the date and time, I am sharing it for the benefit of all. It's pretty simple, and here's how it has to be done. Plug the device onto your laptop/desktop. Double click on the drive, and you will see one text file and a folder named 'Record'. Click on the text file. You will see the wrong date and time mentioned there. Change that to the correct date and time, and close the text file. The app will ask you to save the new info. Save and close. Next time you record an audio, you will see the correct time and date mentioned against it. Hope this is of help to many. Happy recording :-). And yeah, amazing device!..

Sound clarity is average. Sound must be loud enough to get recorded. Initially requires setup as mentioned in their packet manual.

Nice recorder, it works amazingly and voice clarity is also very good.
