Roth Grand Cru Original Gruyere Cheese

Imagine your provolone was a dried, aged wedge of artisan finery,instead of the more interesting sliced option at a sandwich joint (which: still great!!!).It’s dried-like & wedge-cut, but it’s not crumbly or *particularly* brittle.The flavor is barely smokier than standard provolone (it’s not really smoky at all), but a lot fuller/deeper, and more interesting.In short: this is a good one.There’s a lot to appreciate, but nothing to object to.Been a bit, but: I recall the price as “relatively not bad.”

This is the perfect gruyere. It is just the right amount of salt and so tasty. Shrewd and slices well Well worth the price

This Gruyere comes in a small wedge that's vacuum packed. The cheese is fresh and has a great flavor. The value is great!

Delicious Wisconsin based domestic gruyere family cheese. Could easily have been imported from Europe based on quality and exceptional flavor. Pretty good value for the Wholefoods price, especially when on sale.

Bought special cheese for my baby as he has a finer palate & he enjoyed this cheese! Good snack of cheese and crackers!

I would definitely recommend this because I think it's delicious. I love swiss cheese and this is similar. My husband on the other hand hates swiss cheese and did not like this one.

This was SO GOOD. I needed gruyere to make mac and cheese. I normally find gruyere to be a little too strong but this was just so so good definitely buying again.
