Beautiful AND functional
I love this but unfortunately ended up not using it in my cottage. The contractor didn't realize how heavy it was and said he'd need to reinforce the ceiling. Since I was in a hurry to move in, I just bought a different light. But it's very nice and I recommend it. Just be aware of how heavy it is!

Great light!
It's one of the focal spots of my house. Get some fancy Edison lightbulbs for a nice touch. I won't hang anything off of it, it's not really built for that. It's very nice though. Gives my house a country feel and adds much light. Very sturdy. You should proyb clean it every 3 months or so as the glass don't get so hazey.

We love this fixture
We love this fixture, it’s look, feel and quality are all high and exactly what we wanted for our kitchen. We would have given it 5 stars except for 2 design comments: First, the 2-point hanging system leaves the fixture prone to leaning if you don’t evenly distribute the weight of hanging items, not terrible but also not ideal, a 3 or 4 point hanging system would have been better. Second, while strong and robust, the hooks are large and many of our pots/pans have a hard time fitting or simply don’t fit over them. All in all a very nice fixture and despite the criticism section I would absolutely buy this again.

Feeling sort of silly…
I figured for the price of this sucker that the “wood” parts of the piece would actually be WOOD! Don’t get me wrong, I like this piece well enough and it’s certainly got some metal heft to it (great since it’s supposed to made of iron). I really wish that for $400 that the sides (made of a thin sheet of metal) were real live wood instead of painted to look like wood.Should have read the specifications instead of relying on the brand name for an indicator of quality in materials.

Amazing
Great, easy to install and customer service are great. I thought one piece was missing so I contacted them they responded immediately and started working on sending me the piece then My husband found it and I apologized to them.

Damaged
The media could not be loaded. There are two screws that appear to be broken off at the top. Luckily I have friends and they will fix it so I don't have to worry about it falling apart
