I really liked the fact that I received this kit quickly. I have been out of bariatric surgery for 7 years now, and was unable to order the portion control rings sooner. I had gall bladder surgery in 2016, and at that time I had to go back to eating the way I had early on after the bariatric surgery. Again, I did not order the kit. After my last meeting with my nutritionist, she recommended that I get the rings to help me with portion control by seeing it rather than estimating or using measuring cups. So now I will be able to do this. Unfortunately, the bag the kit came in was damaged, but luckily none of the pieces was missing.

They are a great tool but I wish they were labeled somehow. I don't like having to check the paper every time.

I got my item very quickly which I love. Unfortunately I have not had the time to use them yet, but from what I can tell they will be perfect for helping me with my portion sizes.

This is a great product! Anyone who has had bariatric surgery needs this. It is the most valuable item for me. Just what I needed. I am 13 years out from my gastric bypass surgery and have lost 142 pounds. No matter how long ago you had surgery, this is a valuable aid to keep you on track. Even if you didn't have surgery and just want to lose some weight, this would be a big help!!!
