This is just the reality of any product assembled with screws that is subjected to vibration - the screws will unfasten without thread locker, and you will be sad.GOOD BUDGET BUY - some assembly required.This is a simple product with good hardware - quality wheels, metal braces, metal clasps.Your final satisfaction with the product will depend on how well you assemble it.First tip is be careful handling the rough cut metal rods - won’t be an issue once assembled, just be mindful while working.1.) read the instructions - they are short, but important. DO NOT FINAL TIGHTEN UNTIL ASSEMBLED.2.) instructions don’t spell out everything, so also use common sense - all those carefully bent washers are included for a reason - one goes between each joint to “squish” at the end for optimal tension and sealing.3.) the wheels go on the flush side, not the recessed side, of the metal base4.) only tool you need is a small wrench for final tightening, only product I would suggest is maybe Loc-tite for nuts and bolts used to affix the wheels - over time, vibration will probably cause the nuts to unfasten. Replacement parts will be easy to come by, though - another plus.

These carts we thought are great but when we went to washer the inner liner they got ruined. We are a commercial laundromat and to purchase something that wasn’t cheap to not even be able to wash inner liner for sanitary reasons is ridiculous. Such a disappointment.

No worries about drifting off and tipping when it’s loaded up.The cart itself is super sturdy and has more than enough space for a big loads, which is crucial of amount of laundry we handle daily. If you are looking for a reliable and efficient laundry cart for a busy place like hotel, this one definitely worth it !
