Purchased timer 9/12, programmed both zones for 2xdaily for watering 2 separate raised bed garden areas. The timer is solid and well built device that meets my needs perfectly. The Timer worked perfectly for a week, then zone 2 quit working. I checked and reset programming, changed batteries and could not get zone 2 working. I contacted RCYAGO through Amazon messaging explaining the issue. I received a very quick response with some troubleshooting recommendations. I worked through their recommendations and still could not get zone 2 working. RCYAGO Customer Service Rep told me they would send a replacement within 5-7 days. 2 days Later I received the replacement timer. Great Customer Service with care and concern for customer satisfaction. The new timer is working perfectly for my purposes. The instructions are easy to follow and programming is not complicated but requires attention and following instructions and observing the zone number and program number when making settings and adjustments. The timer is connected to a 25 foot water hose and not directly to a faucet due to distance. The 2 irrigation lines are different sizes and concealed and one line buried for aesthetics. The timer is waterproof and sitting on the ground. A plastic square ice cream bucket is cut out to fit over the timer and hoses to provide additional weather protection. I really like this timer and how it operates. Customer Service is even better. Thank You RCYAGO for your fine customer support. The only thing I received is a new replacement timer for the defective unit. I did not receive any other gratuity, bubble gum or inducement. I appreciate hard work and great customer service, RCYAGO came through on both and stood behind their product. I'll do business with RCYAGO again, anytime. They do business right!

This programmable water timer truly helped me in simplifying my water scheduling for my garden and lawn. The timer is very easy to program and run and my device included some general instructions. The timer also provides me with the flexibility to water as little or as much as needed and eliminates failing to remember this must require gardening task.

Works well and seems pretty consistent in the timing. It takes a bit to figure out how to program and get through the programming. The interface is not well thought out and it can get frustrating at times trying to get the right modes programmed. Overall, it is worth the money, but expect some frustration getting it exactly how you want it.

Summary: I wanted this product to work. I often go on vacations but have an established garden that cannot last the length of these vacations without being watered. The only issue I had with this is that it is defective. One of the outlets does not close so it will run full blast. I haven't seen if the programming works because the water runs freely. I cannot just let the water flow to even test if it works. I followed the instructions to try to get the outlet to seal between waterings, but not of the suggestions worked.Pros- Great concepts- Easy to program- Easy to installCons- One of the outlets will not seal, making the product unusableRecommendations: I cannot make a proper recommendation since the product I received was defective.

Works great for my garden on a Soaker hose. Never have to worry about my plants drying up when I’m out of town.

This thing was strangely hard to program. Sometimes when you press the zone button it resets the program (or the other way around I forget which.) Makes it very hard to keep track of which zone or program you are setting. It took me a lot more time than it should because you have to keep triple checking it saved everything on the right zone and program.Then there's the other problem: despite saying in the manual you can have multiple programs running in one day only one of the programs runs. So you can only use this for daily watering and not every 12 hours or more often on the same day. I feel like at one point this feature did work but after a day or two the other program just quit working.
