Pretty basic mens vitamin, has a prostate support blend which helpful for men over the age of 40. made in the usa, all natural, and a bit pricey (about double other mens formulas). Now i know there are vast differences in ingredient quality, purity, bioavailability and absorption. No side effects. 3 pills a day.
